Do you make a focused effort to remember and record your night dreams? You should. But, I suppose as a dreamer and interpreter I'm a little biased. 😉
I've received great information for improving various aspects of my life in dreams, including money-making endeavors. I've had at least three of the books I've written downloaded to me in night dreams; so when I awoke and sat down to write, the words flowed out of me and within hours I was able to make money on pre-orders.
Here are some easy steps to help you begin remembering and benefiting from your dreams:
Try to awake naturally — without an alarm or anything else that would startle you -- as often as possible.
Keep a journal and pen right next to your bed so you can wake up and record before much movement. I recommend you use a journal specifically for dreams without any other types of notes for ease. Yes, this means you may have two or more journals going at a time, but so be it.
Write down as much as you can; which may not be much in the beginning. As you make the effort to recall and record, you'll remember more.
As the saying goes, "You'll find that which you seek." This is true for remembering your dreams as well. As you focus on recall, the amount and details will become more obvious and as the habit forms, dreams and your connection to them will increase.
